This option provides students with the opportunity of having individual coaching to suit there needs. Once again, the basis is built around the original ‘manual concept’ and its contents and principles.
The real benefits to the individual are that I can focus solely on the single student –and their specific needs. I have never met two people alike in this business, or 2 people who had exactly the same needs and goals.
Generally, most peoples’ goals are the same – to succeed in building a business in securing property bargains long-term. However there are always some people who prefer a more individual approach.
I have provided this kind of coaching on numerous occasions.
‘What are the costs of one-on-one coaching?’
With the tailor-made one-on-one coaching the costs are dependent on how much of my time you require. The coaching is done face-to-face (if one-to-one telephone support interests you more – please click here for more details on how I structure the costs on that)
Whatever ‘package’ you opt for I include the following as standard

The basic options are as follows….
4 hours face-to-face individual coaching £450
8 hours face-to-face individual coaching £700
Lunch and refreshments would be provided in the cost of the package.
‘Where?’
The sessions would be held in Lancashire and you would be responsible for your own travel and accommodation expenses where necessary.
‘What if I wanted you to visit and coach me in my area?
From time-to-time I do this for my students.
Some people prefer me to travel to see them. Maybe it is for convenience reasons, or maybe it is for the fact that by being in the area that they are going to operate from I can best help them by physically visiting and advising them better. This does make a sense.
I am quite prepared to travel to your part of the country. In cases like this an additional charge on top of the basic package chosen, would apply.
The additional charge would simply be a calculation of my expenses and time involved in making the round trip to visit you.
