For the majority of my students, I find that whilst they are eager to create wealth gains for themselves by finding property bargains, the majority lack the vital skills that are required.

The good news however is that these skills are relatively simple to learn and easy to implement – once they have been taught to you.

Whilst you will technically be operating in the property industry – it is marketing yourself, and the valuable service that you will offer in the geographical area where you choose to operate that will drive your success.

I strongly recommend that you choose to operate as close to your home base as possible, as the spin off benefits of this over the years to come are immense.

If, for whatever reason, you prefer to operate in an a area away from your home base, then this isn't a problem. However, should you decide this, I still strongly advise that you also keep this chosen area 'geographically tight'

My job, should you choose to use me as your coach, is simple

•    To teach you how to consistently get your phone ringing with people who are interested to know more about selling their home below market value - in exchange for a quick sale

•    To teach you how to handle these people correctly, both by phone and face-to-face, in order to maximise your chances of landing your bargain deal.

These are the two main requisites of being successful in this business.

Once you have landed your deal, you will need the services of competent and fast solicitors who can complete your conveyancing quickly.

You will also need, unless you are paying fully in cash (which, even if you can afford to do so, is not the smartest tactic in working efficiently in this business – this will be explained during training), the services of, not just any old finance broker.

You don't want just any old finance broker, but finance brokers who are experts in provided fast, appropriate finance for professional property investors (of which you will become, by definition, as you purchase your first below market property)

Whilst I am not a licenced mortgage broker or financial advisor, it would be wrong of me to leave you to your own devices when it comes to sourcing the right professional people do deal within this very important part of the whole process. Without access tot he right people you will find it very hard to convert your bargain property finds into hard wealth.

For this reason I will introduce you to the professionals whom I have used myself,  in order that you do not jeopardise your agreed deal by dealing with amateur brokers (there are many brokers - the majority in my opinion - who simply do not understand, fully enough, the needs of those desperate sellers who need to complete quickly)

Whatever form of coaching you require from me, the over riding factor for me is that you need to be able to, upon completion of your coaching to…

  Be able to generate regular phone calls form interested prospects  in       your chosen geographic area of operation 

  Be able to ‘handle’ the enquiries in the most productive manner possible

 Be able to execute your agreed deals - and actually make them happen.

Based on my experience of coaching my students over the years, I have put together a ‘menu’ of different training packages for you to choose from. There should be something in the menu to suit everyone. The individual offerings can be 'mixed and matched' if required.

I am aware that some people prefer to learn in different ways than others, and that some people have strictly limited budgets to educate themselves with.
